Cooking Instructions:

1. Preheat griddle to 325 degrees F (medium heat)

2. In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of milk with oat flakes (included in the package).

Let them sit for 5 minutes.

3. In a separate bowl, combine 2 eggs with 1/4 cup of vegetable oil. Mix well.

4. Add egg and oil mixture to the oat and milk mixture. Stir

5. Add dry flour ingredients and special ingredients if applicable (e.g. blueberries, apples)
6. Stir just until dry ingredients are thoroughly moistened.

7. Add 1 tsp of oil to the pre-heated griddle.

8. Pour mixture onto griddle (1/3 cup of batter per pancake is recommended).

9. Turn pancakes only once, when bubbles break.
