Pancake mixes from COUNTRY CREATIONS are made with only the finest ingredients. We use a special mixture of whole wheat and enriched white flour with the added benefit of oats.  There are no chemical additives or artificial preservatives.

You make them the old fashioned way ... with real milk and eggs ... not water. The result is a wholesome pancake that will have the whole family coming back for more.

We call our pancakes "Wholesome Hotcakes" ... just so you won't forget that not only do they taste great ... but they're good for you too.

We currently offer four varieties of gourmet pancake mixes:

1) Original 
2) Blueberry (with real dried blueberries)
3) Apple and cinnamon (with dried apples and cinnamon)
4) Maple (with maple sugar)

Upon request for large special orders we can also make our pancake mix using certified organic ingredients.
